Starting Up A New Season

It’s the start of a new season and I’m pretty excited! I’ve taken two weeks off to rest up and I’ve been getting antsy to get going again.

My name is Kreg Greer and I am a 20 year old long track speed skater.
I have been training and racing in the sport for almost 13 years, more than half of my life.
Even though each Olympics is 4 years apart time flies by in an instant if you’re an athlete training for them.
You need to take every second of every minute and make it count, otherwise all of your sweat, tears, and blood could be all for nothing.
I’ll be posting all my training, pictures, video, progress, and failures for everyone to see. Enjoy!
