One More Video For The Road

I tried to include this in my last post but for some reason it refused to show up. So here ya go! Andrew Love had an excellent video recording idea when he did his piece following Keith Carney for his website, www.andrewlove.org. Here’s Matt Plummer skating a few laps for me on the short track after practice.

My name is Kreg Greer and I am a 20 year old long track speed skater.
I have been training and racing in the sport for almost 13 years, more than half of my life.
Even though each Olympics is 4 years apart time flies by in an instant if you’re an athlete training for them.
You need to take every second of every minute and make it count, otherwise all of your sweat, tears, and blood could be all for nothing.
I’ll be posting all my training, pictures, video, progress, and failures for everyone to see. Enjoy!
